I am an assistant professor at the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. My research examines how organizations respond to and shape their social and economic environments. In particular, most of my work tends to explore how organizations come to be differentially evaluated by various actors, and how organizations may better balance the interests of multiple stakeholder groups.
My research has been published or is forthcoming in leading journals such as Academy of Management Review, Organization Science, Organizational Research Methods, Strategic Entrepreneurship Journal, and Strategic Management Journal.
Prior to academia, I worked for the Frito-Lay division of PepsiCo. I worked in various roles spanning brand management, strategic insights and analytics, and corporate purpose across several business units, such as Multipacks, Rold Gold, Tostitos, Lay’s, and more.
